AI Governance Limited runs AI at Work and is the data controller for the information you enter.

Your name, work email address and the client organisation you belong to; the entries you log about how you use AI, including tools, outcomes and what you learned; your skills self-assessment answers; the questions you ask and the answers given; and your project updates.

We ask you not to enter confidential client information or personal data about other people.

To run the AI at Work programme you have been invited to, to support your learning and to produce anonymised group reports.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: we have a legitimate interest in running the programme and supporting learners, we use only the information needed and you would reasonably expect this.

Sue Turner can see everything you enter. Your employer cannot see your individual entries. They receive only anonymised group reports from Sue, which do not name individuals.

Questions and answers are also read by Claude, an AI assistant provided by Anthropic, to help Sue prepare answers. No AI replies to you directly.

Supabase (database, hosted in London), Lovable (the site), Resend (invitation and reminder emails, hosted in the EU) and Anthropic (Claude, as described above).

While the programme runs and for 12 months after it ends. After that your entries are deleted or fully anonymised.

You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your account and entries belong to you. Please download your record before you leave.

If your work email stops working, contact us and we can deactivate the account or change the email. Otherwise the retention period above applies.

You can download your own record at any time from the site. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it.

Contact education@aigovernance.co.uk and we will reply within 1 month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If you enter confidential or personal information by mistake, tell us and we will remove it. We may also remove it ourselves and let you know.
